At Tipsy Elves Sales, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your party-perfect apparel. If something isn’t working for your celebration vibe, we’ll help make it right faster than you can say “fanny pack revival!”

🕒 Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. That gives you plenty of time to try on your new gear and make sure it’s perfect for your next celebration!

📦 How to Return an Item

Returning your items is as easy as rocking a Christmas sweater in July! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange
  2. Fill Out Our Form: We’ll send you a simple return form to complete (see template below if you want to get a head start!)
  3. Package It Up: Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags in secure packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return package to our party headquarters:

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • ⏱️ Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return
  • 💳 Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • 📧 Notification: We’ll email you once your refund has been processed

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or style? No problem! The process is the same as returns – just let us know in your email what you’d like instead. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep the party safe and hygienic for everyone, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Intimate Apparel: Bodysuits and boxers (for obvious hygiene reasons!)
  • Personalized Items: Customized bachelor & bachelorette party gear with special text or designs
  • Seasonal Clearance: Final sale holiday items (Christmas, Easter) marked as clearance

All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and unworn.
